In short
Log every TDS deduction against its deposit challan. The register auto-fills the due date, flags any late deposit, and computes the Section 201(1A) interest — so you deposit on time and never overpay interest.

Who it's for

  • Deductors and accountants tracking monthly TDS payments
  • CA firms managing challans across clients
  • Anyone who has faced a 201(1A) interest or short-payment default

What's inside

  • Auto due date — 7th of the next month, and 30 April for March deductions
  • Auto status — On time / Late—interest due / Pending deposit
  • Auto Section 201(1A) interest — 1.5% per month or part, from deduction to deposit
  • Short/(excess) check against the amount deposited
  • A Monthly Summary — 12-month rollup of deducted, deposited, interest and pending items
  • Input cells open; formula cells locked & password-protected

How to use it

  2. The due date appears automatically
  3. On deposit, fill the date, amount and challan details
  4. Watch the status and interest columns; clear anything marked Pending before the due date
