Bottom line
By the 7th of the following month — except TDS deducted in March, which can be deposited by 30 April.

TDS deducted in a month must be deposited to the government by the 7th of the next month. The only exception is March: TDS deducted in March can be deposited up to 30 April.

For TDS on property (26QB), rent under 194-IB and a few similar sections, the deposit is through a challan-cum-statement within 30 days of the end of the month of deduction. Late deposit attracts interest at 1.5% per month under Section 201(1A).
